Costa Rica la Minita is a rain forest alliance certified farm where hundreds of its acres are dedicated as a natural tropical forest preserve. It is located in the terrazu region of Costa Rica in Los Santos where volcanic soil adds to its rich and unique flavor. The farm focuses on sustainable practices, the entire farm is hand weeded three times each year with no insecticide use. This roast boasts a sweet and very complex profile of stone fruit, chocolate and brown sugar.
